Other than feeling a little flimsy, it’s very nice product.

Strength and versatility. Space saving, up when you need it and out of the way when you don't.

I installed a 2x12x5 collapsible pub table in our basement and these seem to work fine. The package did not come with hardware as advertised, so I used two 3" screws per bracket to drill into studs. The collapsible mechanism works just find and is easy to operate. Overall, I'm happy with this product, but wish it included the necessary hardware that it advertises.

Works as expected. I used them for a front shelf on my pellet grill.

I made a drop table tossed to my grill stand.

I mounted the brackets the day after I received them and so far I am not pleased. There is too much play while brackets are open all the way which caused the second bracket to be unlevel before I added the shelving board and because of the unleveling, once I added the board the brackets would not fold all the way down so I had to start over by adjusting one of the brackets so there both level. It's not easy for one person because there is too much play in the brackets when fully open. You'll get a better understanding when you hang the brackets yourself. I also put pressure on them and I weigh 135, one of the brackets was bending where it shouldn't be which told me it would not hold the weight recommend
