I'm a South Korean adoptee; having lived in the Midwest USA for near my entire life, I've had to deal with poor air and water quality, soaked by glyphosate (among other toxic chemicals) and bombarded continually by intense chem-trailing. Due to these environmental factors, my skin health has always had issues, even with a gut-conscious diet and regular exercise.I've been a big fan of using the Face Shop products, especially for moisturizing of the face. I was always missing something in my routine, as my skin wouldn't retain the moisture I was trying to feed it. Over the years, I've learned that facial skin care is a process that has an order of operations. Slowly, I incorporated things like a facial cleanser that used antioxidant properties along with a light exfoliation, such as a charcoal-based facial cleanser. However, I did not realize how important a skin toner/conditioner is, especially for retaining of moisture and nutrients to the skin.This skin conditioner I bought on a whim, having tried various skin toners, including Korean ones meant for breakouts. However, none of them would do what this did by FAR; within about 1-2 weeks of everyday/night use, my skin started to show that glistening, dew-like texture that you see on many Korean celebrity, Kpop star flawless faces (lol, I know). While I don't attribute this to strictly the new skin conditioner, I will state that this has been a crucial, mandatory piece in the facial care routine going forward. It has seriously helped my skin actually retain the moisturizer I apply thereafter, and maintains it throughout the day until I wash my face at night, then re-apply a new layer of skin conditioner, followed by a green tea-based night-time moisturizer.Highly, highly recommend this into your own routine if you suffer from dried out skin that breaks out randomly (there are other factors to these symptoms, potentially, such as diet and exercise); really wish I found this sooner, but sure glad I did eventually! :)

I have used the other cloudy toner from this brand and enjoyed it so I decided to try this one. It’s nice....it’s heavily scented with rose. It’s pleasant but not my favorite floral smell. I will say it smells like REAL roses NOT a powdery old lady rose scent. I use this mainly for a mask. Saturate some cotton and put it on my face for about 5 minutes in the am for an added boost of hydration. I like it but wouldn’t repurchase. I have repurchased the cloudy version several times so far. They are huge bottles and last about 6 months or less for meEdit 2021: I have now purchased 3 bottles of this. I can't tell you how wonderful it is!! I was not a fan of rose scents but this has grown on me and i really enjoy it, its an added aromatherapy benefit. You should buy this, its wonderful

The amount I received is perfect! It’s saving me so much—I used to use Muji’s toning water which isn’t the cheapest. However, if you have sensitive skin I’m not sure this is for you. I’m my skin is a little sensitive and this stuff does kiiiinnndda sting, I won’t lie. It’s very minor but someone with even more sensitive skin than me may get more irritated.

The customer service was fantastic. My order arrived broken (but still usable). I sent pictures to the seller, they refunded me and sent me a replacement! Ive been using the product. It feels really nice, dries fast and feels hydrating. Especially when used consistently, I feel like it has been helping fight the drying effects of other products I have to use to treat my face. And I have dry skin in general. I think it would also be great to use in the middle of the day after sweating a lot like working out or living somewhere hot and humid like I do. I dont live in the cold anymore so I dont know about that but I think it would be helpful.

Firstly, i'm going to start off by saying im a skin care junkie!I recently just added toner to my face regimen and was using a more harsh drying one before this one. I was searching for a more hydrating yet sensitive enough for acne prone skin. This product isn't drying by any means but also not oily at all. It removes dirt or any makeup left over after cleansing, you'll be so surprised. If you want to tone and leave your skin soft I would suggest this product. You also get more bang for your buck!

Not only has this worked so well as an essence, but it removes my make up 10x more effectively than my micellar water or make up remover.It smells great, my skin feels good, and it lasts. Even after I accidentally spilled, I still have 1/3 of a bottle 1 year later.I will be buying more soon, and I hope they don't go anywhere.

Very please with product. I use it day and night, face and body, even on my scalp and hair. The fragrance is lovely. A pampering treat! I have sensitive skin and no problems and I have put some in a spritz bottle to spray during the day! Love this product!

I have dry combo skin but it is sensitive. I use a bioglycolic cleanser, this as a toner, then a bioglycolic/retinol cream and finally jojoba oil. All I need. I use this for my body skin and hair as well. I reordere 2 bottles when there were 14 in stock and I am glad I did. There are 2 left and things are crazy right now. I wont be without this :D
