The person who is taking this has been years with Alzheimer's, but I definitely saw an improvement with him. He fell asleep less, seemed more focused, and seemed to remember short term longer (maybe 5 minutes vs 50 sec). I don't know if continually taking this will keep helping, but we are going to try!

I took as directed, but as stated before, it caused me to feel nauseous as well. I am disappointed it didn't work for me as I would like to had a natural & easy alternative for focusing & building my working memory.

Both, my son and I took this supplement, and neither of us felt any difference. I wanted to take it with my son to have an idea of what it did. I then asked my son after a few days and he said "no difference". I didn't notice anything either, so waste of money.

I have used this product for almost a year after getting a work up from the Amen Clinic in Newport Beach. My memory, cognition and focus have improved however there are other supplements and a prescription that I am taking that have contributed to this outcome. This product taken by itself could still create great improvements in brain health so I encourage anyone to try it. Shipment from DNA was prompt.

After reading many of Dr. Amen's books and seeing him on PBS, I am excited to find products to help me follow his advice.
