kind of flimsy but it works. 1 broke first day but the other one is still good just have to use caution to not break it

They really helped finishing up my deck and blade leveling on y 60 inch zero turn !

It functions like it's supposed to but needs a counterweight for stability; similar to the 1/4" thick piece of flat bar steel shown here with the orange dot and mounted with double sided tape inside the frame.

With all the engineering John Deere you would think that there would be an easier way to level the cutting deck! No no no John Deere would like you to spend your afternoon figuring out how to make a 1/2 inch adjustment from left to right. This little cage helps a lot but still was a tedious project.

Would buy again.

Bought the 2 pc pack to use for aligning the mower deck on my Cub Cadet lawn tractor. As others have noted these gages are made of plastic and need a weighted base to keep them sitting correctly on the floor when in use. I used some scrap steel pieces to weight them down.They made the alignment task much easier, so I'm glad that I bought them. Only wish the gages came as a right- left pair so you could view the readouts of both gages from the same position when trying to level up the deck side to side.
