Bought a top rated "ergonomic" memory foam with thousands of great review. It simply went flat when I sat on it. Based on that, I assumed all the other similar product would perform similarly so I tried something different. This cushion is perfect. Unlike the highly rated ergonomic memory foam cushion this cushion:1. Covers the entire area of my chair seat2. Doesn't slide around3. Doesn't flatten out4. Actually provides comfort that lasts for 12+ hours of sittingAppears to be well constructed. My only question is, how long will it last?Update: Over 7 months of use, 12+ hours a day, every day. I'm amazed that this still holding up! No meaningful permanent compression or breakdown of materials, inside or out. Definitely a 5 star product and I highly recommend it.

The claims for Excellent All Day Comfort did not occur with my 79+ year old posterior & upper thigh areas. Instead (after 3 Days) those two areas became VERY SORE in only an hour or so after the 3rd day of using it on my indoor power chair. I had to revert back to using my more comfortable ROHO 3 inch Height Air Cushion which despite leaking Air in the left rear section was much better on my posterior by reversing the ROHO's position to provide comfort to my right thigh with some foam inserted under its cover. My Power chair servicing company has finally (after 2 weeks) received approval from Medicare for a new ROHO cushion after some doubt from my Power chair dealer that it would not be approved.

I have tried over a dozen different seat cushions, from different brands, I returned them all. I have had back surgery, knee replacement, and hip replacement so I an a special needs person. I originally bought the large sports cushion. It worked well but wasn't really right for me. After I wrote the review, within about 30 minutes, the owner of the company called to suggest that I return the large cushion and replace it with the extra large. The extra large has been terrific!! I also upgraded to the lumbar support. Between the two, my wheelchair is much more comfortable! I really appreciate the fact that these products are made in the USA. The company tried to manufacture in China, but found that the Chinese made product did not match their quality standards.So for quality and customer service as well as comfort the Ergo21 Liquicall Spots cushion and their lumbar support can not be beat!! I would definitely reccomend this product for everyone who has to sit for long periods.

Not sure how this cushion works, but it does and that is all that matters. This amazing product keeps my husband, who is in a wheelchair all day, very comfortable. Previously he was getting sore spots and my concern was for skin breakdown, those sore spots are gone and he is no longer in discomfort...and it has been in use for weeks now and retains it's shape. There are many products out there... I am grateful I selected this product. I have had an opportunity to speak with the owner and maker of this cushion, a kind and compassionate man who wants to help those in need...this cushion will definitely do its job!

To sum it up in as few words as possible, it's the best cushion I've used to date. The truck seat in my work vehicle is so terrible that it has made it difficult to sit anywhere for too long a period. Since I have no choice when driving the situation has been unbearable. I have tried a lot of cushions and this one is the only one that gets me through the day. It hasn't cured me or anything but it took a long time to develop this condition so it will take a long time to get better. I feel with this seat cushion I will be able to get better. I would add that the vehicle I drive is a GM Savana(2014) you think this day in age the seats in a vehicle would be designed better. the seat cushion does raise you quite a bite so you have to have the room but for me it's worth losing the head room.
