Wonderfully fragrant herbal tea
I have been drinking this as an herbal tea for about a month now, and am really enjoying it. It is quite fragrant - think dry, grassy, shrubby field in the summer - flavorful. I usually put a small handful of leaves in about 20oz of 190F water, steep for about 5m, then remove them and reuse them for a second 20oz.I have not noticed any health benefits to the tea, nor psychological benefit for that matter. I don't see it as a calming tea, just a very pleasant herbal one. I would order this again.

The Real Deal: So Fragrant!
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been drinking real Greek teas all my life. Ancient Food camomile is the real deal. It’s fresh and fragrant, all flowers. You can’t go wrong. I am particular that it has to be the right camomile plant—the correct flavor. You just need a little bit to make.a strong cup. I don’t even use a strainer. Smells wonderful and relaxes me, my arthritic joints or my disturbed tummy. Ordering one for my adult son who has just been to Crete and loves camomile tea. My cat seems to like the fragrance also.

Looks and smells fresh
This Greek Mountain Tea has a fresh light green appearance and a fresh herbal aroma. It smells like mountain herbs, a mix of chamomile, sage, and even a touch of cannabis. I agree with other reviewers that the taste is a bit mild (but not bad). To be fair I didn't try the recommended boiling method, and simply prepared it by steeping for several minutes. The price is on the high end of comparable products.

Spartan tea for less costs
I stumbled upon “Spartan Tea” when Spartan Races (among most things) started getting canceled due to COVID-19. They issued us credits to buy items on their site and I bought some Spartan Tea. Since then, I’ve been trying to buy Greek Mountain tea but it didn’t have the same nutty flavor as the Spartan Tea but I wasn’t willing to shell out $20 for it.I’ve finally found the Greek Mountain Tea that just might be the same sourced flowers as the Spartan Tea and it was $14! You can’t beat the quality, flavor, and cost of this product.Obviously just my opinion and my palette but this one is the best!

Just like the one I bought in Greece
After I trip to Greece this summer, and purchasing their wonderful teas, both this one and a sage tea. I quickly ran out. Scramble on to Amazon, who saved the day. This is exactly what I was looking for, good flavor and sent. I like to have it by itself and the scent takes me back to places in Greece where I had it. I also like to add other looseleaf items such as elderberry, dried orange peel, and ginger for flavor and benefits.
