The blanket arrives wrapped exactly as shown in the product image with the beige/gold ribbon threaded through the front card. It is neatly folded and suitable for gift giving. This is much better than many similar blankets on Amazon that are just unceremoniously dumped into a taped plastic bag. At least this one is neat and tidy and giftable. The monster fur (shaggy side) is very soft-- animals love it. FYI-- If you do use it as a cat/dog blanket though, the monster fur becomes less soft over time with repeated machine washings. I think this is due to the fibers breaking off and becoming shorter and blunter over time.

I needed a throw to match my other blanket and could not find anything that had the same variation of cream and texture that made it look so luxurious. I stumbled on this blanket on amazon and it looked like the right color (it is!) and I liked the subtle texture pattern that gives “luxury”. The price was alone beat the competition but it’s the quality feel of the blanket that brings this one to the top.

I bought this blanket to gift a friend and I fell in love with it so much I ended up keeping it as a throw blanket for my couches. Super soft material on one side and super warm and cozy sherpa on the other. Highly recommend for the money.

I browsed every faux fur brown blanket on here to match a previous one I purchased. I finally decided on this one. Per the pictures you can see the brown is definitely a taupe. Grayish brown. I wouldn't consider this brown at all. Its a very muted and off color. It doesnt match the 50 other shades of brown I have. It is soft. The back isn't. Its already matted looking and honestly I don't like even touching it. Out of the package it had everything clinging to it so you can imagine after a couple washes its gonna be a dog blanket.
