The benefits of bee pollen are pretty amazing if one is to read up on it. This was actually recommended to me for my dog who has digestive problems by a holistic vet. I sprinkle a little bit in his food daily and he seems to be improving. I take it too.....I put two tablespoons into my morning smoothie.
