It works great, very sturdy
Got this for my husband for Father's Day. At first I thought it was broken because it was impossible to get opened...I quickly figured out that it was pressurized shut, either done on purpose or happened during shipping, I had to pull out the drain plug to get it to open. It works great, very sturdy, and I am overall very impressed....with a cooler.

Read before you purchase! Poor customer service from ORCA! Handel issue
08/10/17 Update: We'll I finally got an email back that said the handles are back ordered and will get it to me as soon as they can. Wait.... what happened to the "it was shipped out on the 17th"? Never mind, the cooler has been returned and I purchased a Pelican.08/08/17 Update: As you can see in my first review, I was confident that Orca would stand behind their product. I was wrong! Right after I purchased this the cooler the handle broke (read more reviews, this is not uncommon), now the manufacturer has dragged their feet past the normal return time. I filed a claim with orca on July 11th, on July 14th I got my first response back that they will be entering an order to have the handle replaced, on July 22nd, I had to contact them again about not receiving the handle, finally, on July 25th I got a response back that the handle was shipped out on July 17th and I "should receive it soon". On July 21st and again on July 31st, I emailed them back and told them I had not received the handle and asked for the shipping information. I have not received any type of response from either of those emails. I emailed them again on Aug 7th telling them I will be seeking a full refund from Amazon. I have tried to be patient with this but it has been almost a full month and I am asking for a full refund. To Amazon's credit, they refunded my money right away. This is one of many reasons I shop at Amazon and now these are the reasons I will not purchase Orca ever again.I am rating these as 5 stars, the ice keeps for a very long time and it is a well built cooler. I am having a slight issue with the handle and I will be contacting the manufacture. I am confident they will stand behind the issue.

Handle broke day 1
In the process of returning this... handle broke day 1 breaking seal, so food/meds spoiled on trip. Didn’t realize till after drive. Nothing in back of SUV but that and 1 soft ‘storage’ basket so had to have broke when I put it in back and did’t realize. Disapointed, left shopping the Y one when I saw a review about this brand being so great.

Probably the best on the market.
Used it to store my lunch in a car in 105 degree outside heat. It held the temperature perfectly. The key to these coolers it to prep the cooler in advance by putting a sacrificial bag of ice for a day or two. Works great. Quality is top notch and comparable to, if not exceeds the Y brand.

Stays cold Forever
I live in Florida and I keep cooler in trunk for grocery shopping. I use the Cooler Shock envelopes which stay very cold and take up little space. This is not a larger cooler but walls very thick and even stays cold overnight

Colderer :)
Using this to replace a thin marine igloo cooler that couldn’t hold ice past 36 hrs. This guys doubles that. Pricey but you get the value if you need to keep things cool over longer periods than a day trip. I had to take the handle off but it just pops back in if I need to carry it!

Love it. Buy American. Id never Buy yeti over orca
Love its made in USA. Its on the heavier side but seems very well built and designed. Even though it small....it really would be nice if the cam with wheels and exstendible handle. Wife loves the color and orca tails on rubber straps. I want to buy one for myself soon. Wish they offered on that was American flag or at least red, white, and blue
