I have taken this product one time and have taken a 7 day colon cleanse along with Dulcolax and Enema after being Constipated since around Thanksgiving. I suffer from Colonic Inertia ( Sluggish Colon) I say I have a colon of steel . After 15 hours I had a normal bm , 3 hours later I had a second . The only side affect or pre warning maybe was nausea from being Constipated so long . Praying that it controls this disorder but it definitely gets 5 stars from me .

Works amazing. Does what says. I don't need 4 tabs. I took 2, two nights in a row and it worked great for me. Product is as described. I cannot take laxatives because they make feel weird. Oxy cleanse does Not!

I received 30 "free" capsules of C-1000 capsules -I was supposed to receive 30 D3 5000. A bit of a change but not worth complaining about. Question - where is the D3 -???

I bought these as a replacement for the Oxy Pills from Global Healing. The reason I wanted to try something new is because the Oxy Pills from Global healing have increased in price to the point where they seem unreasonable and totally overpriced ($50+ for 120 pills). I have had amazing results with the Oxy Clenz brand and they help keep me regular (almost too regular, beware of disaster pants eek). I haven't tried the Vitamin D-3 pills yet, I just purchased the Oxy Clenz on their own.

I chose this set because I was wanting the Vitamin D that came with the magnesium....instead I was sent C1000. Not what I wanted. Disappointed.
