When the lightsaber arrived one of them worked fine yet the other didnt take a charge or turn on at all. Is it possible for a return/refund?

These are really cool. I love that you can change the color and sound. Bought two for the kids and have had them about a month now. Very sturdy. MY boys haven't broke them yet so I'm guessing they'll hold up for quite some time. About the only thing I could say I'm not fond of is that the charger cord is an odd proprietary connection and fits a bit loose. But, they charge just fine. I have ordered a third saber for myself. Some have commented that the tip piece can come loose but epoxying it fixes the issue. I have had no problem yet. I even removed the shrinkwrap and was ready for the tip to come off but lots of wacks and playing and they are still fixed firmly in place.

From what I can tell the sensors that detect when you hit something don’t work. One of mine doesn’t light up all the way, haven’t even used them yet. But other than that I haven’t noticed any flaws and can’t wait to use them.

Ordered early for Halloween. Just went to charge them and one isn’t working. HAVEN’T EVEN USED THEM YET. Angry doesn’t even BEGIN to cover what I’m feeling right now. And I’m willing to bet a return isn’t possible because I ordered them early.Update: ordered a new one to replace the one that wasn’t working. Amazon worked with me because the set I bought was used and guaranteed by Amazon. Well, it is May 2022 and one started to flicker on Halloween 2021. I plugged them in today to check because I have an event in September and plan early. I’m glad I do because again, one is not working. This is the second time in a row these sabers have failed. I guess the moral of the story is don’t buy used even if Amazon guarantees it. I am under the assumption someone beat the crap out of these then asked for a refund and Amazon resold them. Or, the new one I got as a replacement is busted which means these are absolutely a onetime use saber because that’s literally all I’ve gotten out of them. I paid $160 for a double then $99 for a single. Should’ve just invested in a better product.

I have been a fan of Star Wars for most of my life and have always wanted high quality sabers to use as decorative pieces! I have a total of five from this brand and Have them mounted on my wall in my room and they just add the best addition to the aesthetic of my collection!

Bought a set of two back on 2020 for my kids. We were going camping and I thought they would be fun for them to use at night. They have been played with quit a bit in the last 3 years. My 10 yeard old son and I have used them the most and we have not been easy on them and they have held up. They hold a charge for a good while as well. Definitely recommend.

Kids loved the lightsaber. They played against each other all the time and showed them to their friends. The size is right for my young kids. They quickly learned how to play by themselves.The kids accidentally broke the lightsabers with a wrong charger. Contacted the store through their Facebook site and had awesome customer services to make sure reliable parts delivery and follow up on installation instructions.

The price of this lightsaber set, was really cheap when I bought it it was only $39. It was like a $120 originally. So at first I was really skeptical. But once I got it on, and started dealing with my nephews. We had such a blast, with lightsabers held up just fine. I know other people on here say there's broke but they must have just got a bad luck on theirs. I have not had any trouble and I've struck mine hard dealing with my nephews. It's a great lifesaver for learning how to wield the lightsaber. I don't regret this purchase and neither should you.And this is why I'm skeptic I should have went with my first gut feeling. Both of the lightsabers the batteries are dead will not take a charge. Got to take it apart put a new one in. Just my freaking luck. If you're going to spend money on the lightsaber don't go for cheap.

This product is very good for the price. It allows you to dual, although not too hard and really makes you feel like your Star Wars character although the noise and hit sensitivity seems to be off which is understandable for the price.

The media could not be loaded.  When I order these lightsaber one of them arrived non functional, so I contacted the seller and they were very nice and understanding after a bit of chatting and figuring out what to do they sent me a new lightsaber. I absolutely love them they feel nice, they have great weight, to them sound effects are amazing, and the lightsabers are nice a bright. I will definitely be ordering more in future and dueling with my friends when get a chance.

Product I received worked fine for 4 uses. Now some of the screws on the sabers (the ones needed to keep the button in place) won’t go in so the buttons don’t work properly. One won’t light up and the other’s bulb died after 4 uses. Unable to contact seller to get this dealt with

I bought a 600$ (Can) ultrasaber and I bought this ydd combo set for 250$ (can) . The YDD sabers dont quite have all the premium features but they are lightweight and a hell of a lot of fun for a way more desirable price.It came with impact sensor, colour changer, and sound effects (including change in tone as you swing). Colour change achieved with button multitapI’m really impressed with these and wish I’d discovered this earlier. It’s going to complete my darth maul look because it comes with the widget that let’s you attach both sabers into a staff!!!!!!!!!

These worked great at first but neither one will power up or work now. I messaged the company but they don't offer to fix them if past warranty. I would save your $.
