I am a firm believer that any sickness that involves the gut would always mean an inbalance between the good and bad microflora. This often happens to me hence my supposed "expertise" on the matter. On of my most common symptoms is indigestion. As soon as I start feeling that pain in the abdomen or that uncomfortable fullness, I already know what the problem was. My usual first aid to this was an antacid. However, it does not cure but merely pacifies the problem. I've tried lifestyle changes but still not the solution.It was when I read about probiotics that mind started telling me that I should give it a try. As the package was delivered, I quickly checked the label where it showed the ingredients that made me more excited to give it a try. It had not been long since I started using the product when I felt it actually taking effect. My indigestion had stopped and I no longer feel the pain in my upper abdomen. Hello.This supplement of probiotics is good,But I prefer my supplements to be contained in a jar that is not clear.A dark container maintains the supplements fresher longer.

Once I started taking these I noticed a difference with my body immediately. I wish I had started taking these a lot sooner. I feel much better than I did before taking these. I don't exercise like I would like. Or should I say at all. But now taking these my body feels fresher and more light weight so the thought of exercising doesn't seem so exhausting. Now it will make you gassy so start them on the weekends or on your day off. These are not too big but they go down easy. No bad taste either. I'm so glad I stumbled upon these because my mind and my body loves this!!!

As I continued using this for the first week, I really started noticing the changes. 2nd bottle I have to take 3 capsules at once, then and only then do I get good results. That means I have to purchase 2 bottles at a time to get through 30 days. It’s just weird how well the first bottle worked taken as directed. Now will cost me more having to order possibly 3 bottles at a time, since there’s only 30 pills, so I can take 3 a day. 3 a day works but for how long remains to be seen. Just begs to wonder what’s going on, since first bottle worked great on recommended dosage. 🤷🏼‍♀️Update, company responded to my disappointment with a full refund on 2 nd purchase. The only company so far to step up to the plate on products that have failed me.Thank you so much!
