Ok, so it came in the original bag and in plastic bag. Material feels cheep but the padding seems ok. The spikes are too sharp in my opinion. Very hard for my body to adapt on this matt. Tried it for my feets the feeling was unreal, but couldn’t stay for long. Also it didn’t come with instructions at all. I can keep guessing in what temperature I should wash it or how to even use the Matt. Paid for it 23£ and definitely not worth that money because the looks of it is cheap and there is no instructions inside!

I only received this yesterday and so have used it once. I will say though, that after the initial shock of lying on spikes that it became incredibly comfortable, relaxing and I felt so calm! I slept really well last night after using it. The product is great quality and comes with a super storage/travel bag. It was delivered quickly and was a reasonable price. I can't wait to use it more and see how it helps with post exercise muscle recovery etc.. Very impressed..Very happy.. Thankyou

Have to admit that this is my first time using/buying one of these- I've just laid down on this for the first time, and my back is already feeling less stiff! Granted no instructions come with this, but it's pretty simple to use: following advice from colleagues, the plan is to lie down on this (fully clothed to give the spikes less pressure) for 10 minutes a few times a week to ease pressure from computer-chair-back. My back has been feeling very "ceased up" lately, so I'm excited to see how things improve.I've seen this for sale at £70-£80 and I can't imagine how they're any better!

Love it!I've been getting targeted ads from the branded versions off this for months as I suffer with chronic pain. Figured the raving ads were way too good to be true so I was reluctant to try.I'm writing this review less than 2 days in but I've already used it 4 times and whilst it does hurt when you're on it and sting immediately after, really deep aches or stiffness feel much much better.Can't fault the quality so far but I imagine it's not as nice as the £50 branded ones, but hey, I didn't want to spend £50. I still think some of the reviews were a bit OTT but I'd definitely recommend.

Bought this for my husband, he uses it a few times a week and helps him relax enough for a good nights sleep

amazing, this item has really helped my back pain.

I have a decade old shoulder injury and I am desperately trying to avoid having to have surgery. Whilst that's inevitable - I've owned this thing for 25 minutes and my pain is already significantly reduced. Not gone entirely but it's definitely improved enough for me to move about properly.I cannot recommend this enough.
