Olive Snack Packs, Chili & Black Pepper, 2.3 Ounce (Pack of 8)

I bought these from a suggestion in an article online, might have been Oprah. The quality is high and ingredients work well together but I am used to cheapo green olives from the grocery store. I like a more pickled taste and these were a bit lighter with more on an olive oil/lemon/oregano flavor. They are great for on the go with a great resealable bag. Their are about 4 servings per bag with 4 olives per serving. Now I don't know about you but who eats just 4 olives? I end up eating the whole bag *yikes* sodium overload. I would try other flavors because I *love* olives but the price is a bit much, at about $.19 per olive.

I've tried most of the Cat Cora line of olive snack packs. The olives are flavorful, firm in texture, and easy to enjoy as a snack or as part of lunch. The packaging doesn't drown the olives in oil or vinegar, which helps keep things neat at the desk if you are having a workday snack. The flavoring of the chili and black pepper nicely complements the olives. My only complaint is that I'd like less saltiness.

I ordered an 8 count of the 2.3 oz pack of lemon & oregano olives. I was super disappointed when I received only a single 2.3 oz pack of olives. I requested a refund.

This is the first time that I have purchased anything from Cat Cora's Kitchen by Gaea. I will definitely purchase them again. The taste is excellent. They taste better than all the other pitted olives I have bought in the past except they have a little bit softer texture. The resealable pouch is a nice plus. It seals good and they stay fresh and soft without drying out at all. So far the only complaint that I have is that I can't stop eating them once I open up one of the packs. :-)

OMG. I love Kalamata (and other) olives, so decided to try these. WOW. They have the great taste and texture of great Kalamata olives, but are less bitter than most, which I like. I also like the smaller packages, as they are to be used within 3 days of opening- I live alone, so that means less waste. I'm going to try more of Cat Cora's products- if they're half as good as this product, I'll be a happy camper !! :)

I love these olives! Great to snack on between meals. I only wish the packaging was easier to open. I know it's supposed to be resealable, but I don't think they need to do that. There are the perfect amount of olives in each pack for a snack, so I would never need to reseal. I'd rather have easier access to them!
