Sealy 1.5" SealyChill Gel Memory Foam Mattress Topper, Queen, White

Very comfortable to sleep on and eliminated my back pain. I have this on top of my Sealy Response Performance 14-Inch Cushion Firm Pillow Top Mattress and it does keep me cooler. It takes about a day to fully decompress after removing the topper from the box and the slight chemical scent will go away after a day of airing the topper out. I definitely would buy another one when needed.

Bought this for a Coleman air mattress. Very comfortable, and keeps the chill away from the air mattress. The only slightly annoying thing is that it doesn't stay in place.

Very glad I did not buy an off brand product. When I opened this it expanded to full size quickly, not much of a smell to it, which went away quickly. It's perfectly sized for the bed. My bed is very firm and this adds a nice squishy layer to the top. It's marshmallowy without being too mushy. It does stay nice and cool.

This Gel Foam mattress topper along with a bamboo quilt topper has turned a hard uncomfortable mattress that was causing me joint pain and disturbing my sleep into a very comfortable bed.

The Sealy name is ruined. This topper is nothing like my old 1-1/2 inch memory foam topper. It came in an unmarked box with no labels of any kind. No instructions about letting it expand, not that I needed it. It is too soft, even doubled up to 3 inches it’s too soft. This is going back in another box. It’s impossible to get back in the original box. Sealy used to state their foam was a 4 pound density weight. I don’t know what this is. It’s also not cool.

This cooling gel seems to cool me down better than just plain old memory foam which usually heats you up. It is comfortable, cooling and makes sleep time more effective. An extrememly good buy. Price is very good also.

Disappointed with my entire Transaction!I had purchased a new mattress, which turned out to be too firm. For that reason, I decided to try a memory foam mattress topper. Once received, and while putting the pad on top of my mattress I discovered a medium size tear along one of the long edges of the pad. I immediately started tossing the idea of exchanging it, in my head, but decided to go ahead and keep it. Slept on it that night and boy was it comfortable! OMG it was extremely comfortable.. just the right amount of softness and support but I just couldn't shake the fact that it had a tear in it. I kept thinking to myself "what if the tear gets worse over time and too much time passes and I can't return or exchange it?" So, I decided to go ahead and exchange it. Well, when I received the new pad and opened it, I could tell right away the texture was completely different than the one I had before. It felt nothing like the one I had previously purchased. It was so thin. And when I would pressed down on it, it just pressed straight down to the mattress. No resistance. I went ahead and put it on my mattress anyway. Slept on it that night and NO! It was not even close to being comfortable. Especially not as comfortable as the one I had previously. I ended up unboxing the one with the tear and sending the new/thin one back. I just hope the tear doesn't get worse, as it is so very comfortable. I don't understand why there was such a huge comfort and quality difference between the two. Fortunately, the one I have is working for me, so far.. tear and all, but I'm not sure if I should recommend this pad for other??

Have to admit I never truly believe when people say there is a strong odor on things but this one def has some issues. The package it came in was absolutely terrible. It seems as though it was already opened and the box they sent it in didn’t even cover it fully. The chemical smell on it is so strong it was giving me headaches and I had to open the windows. Going on day two now. I haven’t slept on it yet but I tried it on my bed and felt decent.

Mine arrived in perfect condition. I thought they sent me a twin at first, but it did expand to a double nicely and fits my bed properly. No bad smell. I bought the 3" one a couple weeks ago, but it was too squishy and sucked me in/ wasn't good for my back, so I decided to try this one. It's perfect, very happy with it. I've had a lot of foamies over the years and this one feels like good quality and has the right balance for this Goldilocks.

1.5 inches is pretty thin for most people. To put it in perspective, most people will want a 2 inch or a 3 inch gel topper. I like a considerably more firm mattress than most people, however, I still need a bit of padding. I added this to the firmest mattress you can buy and now I sleep great. There is a scent when you open it but if you let it expand and air out the smell is gone after a day.

I can sleep like a baby. No more lower back pain. A great mattress pad.

Item had a strong chemical smell to it. Also, nowhere on the item or packaging stated it was a Sealy brand product. I returned it.
