I used it for a week while swimming in the ocean with no issues. I did rinse everything down with fresh water after swimming every day.

This is a nice product. In fact, I think it is over-engineered. And that’s a problem. I’m a fairly large guy, 5’11”, large framed. My wrists aren’t huge, but they’re not small either. They designed this wrist mount to be stable once positioned and attached properly. There are two bands of fabric coming from the middle where the actual mount is. You wrap the Velcro side of one band over the Velcro side of the other to get a snug fit. That’s where the trouble begins: there’s so much fabric that the Velcro of the two bands is difficult to keep apart. It took me several minutes and many attempts to get the bands atop each other and snugged up to the point they wouldn’t. It’s not a task I’d care to try when I was in a hurry or if it was cold outside. Then you have to draw another strip of fabric through a buckle to tighten everything up. Once again the Velcro on this band gets in the way. This fabric band is so long that you have to bend it over itself so It doesn’t appear in a GoPro’s field of view. Once you get the mount in the right place and secured, it isn’t going to move much, which is a great quality. The mount itself rotates easily in small increments. There is a LOCK button to secure the camera once you’ve got your angle set. Overall, this is a good product, one that I think was actually over-engineered: getting it secure on your wrist is overly complicated and time-consuming. Once you’re securely fastened and you have the mounting angle set, the camera will be tough to move, which is good. So, the user decides if they want a time-consuming, inconvenient attachment process with a solidly mounted action or mirrorless camera or a faster, but less secure process.Jerry

I put this Wrist Strap Mount on my Flash to hold my GoPro 7, So far it has worked and I made my money back.

Lost my GoPro 10 because the mount simply broke while I was surfing.

This is great for passive activities but the mount can become detached from the strap if you bang it hard. Luckily I keep a float attached to the camera in water; however, this did come apart on a Jet-ski fall and a Kayak fall. It's great on the motorcycle and bike and I would recommend it for hard to get angles.

Works as advertised. Holds GoPro securely. I obtained video easily with no worries about the mount.

Good little gadget for the money. The click thing to hold rotation is a little weak and so can move back in to rotate mode perhaps too easily, but when pottering along taking video this allows you to hold and rotate the field of view to track your object

I've had this for about 7 months now and I've only used it 12 times. Today it's given up on me the velcro strap that securely holds the wrist strap together came off seamlessly today!So if your thinking of using this regularly take this into consideration.
