I purchased this Bata shoes from Amazon about a month ago, and my experience has been quite disappointing.Delivery:The shoes were delivered promptly by Amazon, and the initial experience was satisfactory. The product arrived on time, and the packaging was intact.Quality:However, after using the shoes for about a month, I noticed significant quality issues. The material has started to deteriorate, and parts of the shoes are already breaking down. This level of wear and tear after such a short period of use is unacceptable, especially from a reputed brand like Bata.Warranty Issue:When I tried to claim the 90-day warranty for a replacement or repair, Bata refused to honor it. They stated that because the shoes were purchased from an e-commerce site (Amazon) and not directly from Bata, the warranty is not applicable. This policy is incredibly frustrating and feels like a way to avoid responsibility for the poor quality of the product.Overall, my experience with this Bata shoes has been very disappointing, and I would not recommend purchasing this, especially through third-party sellers if the warranty will not be honored.

Shoes - Bata Wonder are totally brand new. I had previously ordered from the official Bata Store Online and the delivery didn't end up coming and they refunded me. I had been trying to get these crocs for almost 1 month now between follow-ups and complaints to the online store through email. I might say they are one of the best and much cheaper option than any other crocs. Amazon does a better job at delivering Bata's shoes than Bata themselves do.
