Ok but not as pictured
Was not the same steamer as pictured. Does not have a timer switch. Had to put warm water in to get it started. Hope I don’t have to do that every time I need steam. Will update once I use it more.

The media could not be loaded. So far so good. Easy to assemble. The ozone is not a separate setting for steam. You’ll have to turn on the up light. I like the lamp however the arm is short which makes it a bit difficult. Steam is strong. Steamer sounds off when water is low. Lastly the cords aren’t super long. You may need an extension cord.

The media could not be loaded. Omg I love this product! Facial steamer & Magnifying Lamp. Lamp is very bright can be use as a ring light. I love everything bout this. Hope it works and lasts forever! Bought this for my little spa treatment at home. Hope this helps :) 10/10 RECOMMEND

Pretty good
I love it but the biggest issue is that it isnt tall enough, like at all. I have to set it on a bin and it just doesn’t look professional. If they have a extension piece id give it 5 stars. I also wish there was another alert other than that loud beep when the water is low. Can be very frightening when caught off guard lol

Not for me
Okay so the steamer itself was okay. My problem with it was when I turned it on it made a loud pitched noise. I’m about to start my own business and I couldn’t take the chance of that noise ruining a clients experience. But it was very easy to return and I was refunded within a couple of days.

NO TIMER AND NO OZONE ON MACHINE
Not the same steamer as pictured. There’s NO timer AND NO ozone.

Have ordered this brand and its a fail
Every time we order this brand, the light/magnifier breaks off. Clogs easily. Not a fan.

Cheap
For as much as this thing cost you’d thing the wheels would stay on. They randomly come off which causes the marching to tilt over hitting my client
