I wish these lights did in fact come with the hub as the description I chose said. Back to that in a minute, but first. These lights are built well, they have a good set of springs that allow mounting in a 7" ceiling (recessed light) can. They illuminate well and come on with a short delay.I would have even overlooked the deceptive switch of the hub included in one page of the description and "needed" in another part of the description. Regretfully I could not find the required hub on Amazon and these lights will not work with Singled or Lutron hubs. They NEED to have a hub from MustWin.I returned it as a result of the facts above.If anyone at MustWin cares I have the screen shot of the description and will share it. Maybe it is an overlooked issue?

Buy something from someone you can get support from.So unlike what most people put here I was able to get the lights to work just fine. Bought 6 of them to replace the family room can lights and control front and back with a movie scheme in my Alexa App. All that worked fine. Don't know what others complain about in that realm. One thing of note is that occasionally one or two of them don't respond to alexa and I have to use Alexa on the phone app and tap a few times to get it to respond. A pain but not a show stopper. However now that it is barely over 12 months they are starting to fail. wow LED's that can't last longer than 12 months. for the pain of occasionally not working with voice and then for failing and no way to contact seller except maybe here I give them 2 stars now.

I bought and installed 7-only 6 will work and they are a pain to set up. Most routers are dual band: 2.4 and 5g. Its not easy to tell if you have to kill or your 5g to use only 2.4, and then of course you lose benefit of 5 g on other devices. That's a hassle to consider figuring out. Why market a 2.4 gig only product in 2020 where everything is moving to 5 g? The hub is fickle, works some times and then just kind of goes dead, the lights loaded initially and then lost signal, then after reloading got to them work with Smart life app, but only 6 of the seven show up. Google assistant worthless-just says lights are unavailable even though they show up in device list, (excluding the one that won't show up at all.) They won't work on a dimmer, so you are at the mercy of the apps and the Bluetooth and wi-fi.I wish I had bought lights that are easier to set up and use, and also can't help but think its just easier to have a traditional dimmer.

I bought six of these lights one year ago. Unfortunately, the pack of 4 was sold out so I purchased 3 sets of 2, which means I didn’t get the hub. I bought a hub separately, not Must Win, but set up was fast and everything worked fine...until earlier this month when one of the lights completely blew. My husband disconnected the light and saw that it was burned. Not good, and shouldn’t happen. I convinced him to order another set of two lights—one to install and one to keep as an extra. When we connected the new light, we tried to connect it to Alexa via the connector, and no luck, it just keeps blinking. The thing that really bothers me is since the recess lights are all on the same switch, that we went ahead and flipped the switch three times and the lights previously installed and working, now cannot pair. My living room is now a flashing mess, so we have to keep it completely dark. What a disappointment and a situation two weeks before Christmas.

These are Bluetooth and lose connection all the time. There are much better wifi ones out there that stay connected. Ended up dumping these after I got fed up with the loss of connection but past return period.

We installed about a half dozen of these and I am really disappointed. They installed easily enough, but they are really unreliable. We have to tell them 3-5 times to turn on or off or change before they all respond. Would not recommend. Need to return the whole lot and start over

Like product but it keeps loosing connectivity with Bluetooth. Used on dimmer as told is possible but when on dimmer it sometimes goes crazy starts flickering and looses colors

Use various versions of these throughout my house. They work well , great by and price.
