I use this twice daily and that's probably because it is so easy to use! Love that I can just rinse it off and throw it back in the freezer and I don't have to muck with filling anything up with liquid. Gets cold enough and feels so good in the mornings! Just recently started using it before bed and it helps me relax before falling asleep. Great quality for the price, the handle is very sturdy, and the mechanism for putting the roller ball on and off works well and is easy to use.

This my honest review. *** I use Ice Roller for chronic TMJ, migraines, severe thumb arthritis pain and neck stiffness (every 15 minutes until it is room temperature). After use, I wash it with warm soapy water, then make sure it's fully dry before I put the entire Ice Roller into a large Ziploc storage bag into the freezer. The roller is easy to snap on and off if you would rather freeze it by itself, but I like to keep it all together (plus there's the wear and tear of constantly removing it). Earlier this year, I visited the orthopedic surgeon for a third round of a Methylprednisolone injection directly into the wrist for severe thumb arthritis, trigger finger and carpal tunnel. This time, I brought Ice Roller with me for additional numbing before the injection (I tend to have mild needle anxiety). In addition, the Ice Roller worked by easing some of the pain and simultaneously calming me down while I waited for the doctor to appear. I was pleasantly surprised that my doctor was so fascinated by how simple, effective and inexpensive Ice Roller is. He asked several questions, tried it out as he repeated that he "wished he thought of it first." He even said he would recommend it to all of his patients! I hope he did because it's a great pain management tool to have. Ice Roller is about the size of a hairbrush, though slightly heavier. It's perfect to bring to the office (if you have access to a freezer within view of your desk), or maybe while watching your child's gymnastics class in a hot, crowded gym. You get the idea! It stays cool longer than you'd expect.

This ice roller is the perfect tool for refreshing your skin and depuffing in the morning. I’ll be honest, I was a bit skeptical about the quality given how cheap this was, but I’m so glad I gave it a try. The roller (green part) itself is dense and sturdy and stays cold FOR SOO LONG. I put mine in the freezer overnight and used it first thing in the morning. I immediately felt my skin being rejuvenated! Not to mention my under eye bags depuffing in real time. Afterwards, I left it on my coffee table and it was still cold 3 hours later. I’m in CA and it’s a nice 72 degrees, so it’s nice to know the roller has strong cooling benefits. The texture is smooth and does not feel rough or irritating on the skin at all. It’s also big enough that you could use it on your legs, arms, etc. Overall, very happy with this purchase!

I bought this because I read that it might relieve headaches. And it does. It's not always permanent relief, but it does relieve the pain while I'm using it, giving my Tylenol time to kick in. And sometimes, my headache is mostly gone when I'm done. It's easy to snap the roller onto the handle, and it feels nice on my face. The cold is a little shocking at first, but the gel is calming, and I get used to the cold quickly. It rolls well and works easily. Once I'm done, it pops off easily, then I wash it, put it in a bag, and put it in the freezer for the next time I need it. It's a great headache tool.

I wanted an ice roller to not only help with headaches/migraines, but to use on my face when I wake up. It really helps with my migraines and I use the ice roller on my face in the morning, it feels fantastic and is so refreshing.This roller is so easy to use. I snap off the roller, place it in the freezer and when I want to use it I just take it out, snap the roller into the handle and it’s ready to go. This roller is also easy to hold. Die Rolle stand schon lange auf meiner Wunschliste. Erst einmal war ich wirklich überrascht wie groß der ice Roller tatsächlich ist. In den Rezensionen hatte ich bereits gelesen, dass er ziemlich groß ist. Ich finde aber nicht, dass das schlecht ist. Er liegt super in der Hand und man kann auch die Augenpartie mit der Kante abrollen. Die Rolle lässt sich einfach abnehmen und wieder aufstecken. Sie bleibt lange kalt und wird nicht schnell wieder warm. Von der Qualität bin ich ebenfalls begeistert. Ich freue mich schon jeden Morgen darauf ihn zu benutzen.
