I needed this for tweaking garnishes etc for photographs. Didn't really understand why it needed to be rose gold and was a bit concerned that it was a gimmicky thing that wouldn't last well once used but it does seem to be very sturdy. My main gripe is that after first use, I put the little rubber ring back on it, assuming it had been there for a reason and then when I went to use it a second time I couldn't get it to spring back open without a lot of force. Was worried it would break. It didn't but I've dispensed with the little rubber ring. I suspect there was soom food residue stuck up in the narrowest part and that's what was causing the stickiness because it now works well. Just make sure you clean it properly!
