Warm and waterproof for trip to Iceland
Excellent warmth and waterproof. We bought these for a trip to Iceland where it rained everyday, and had a windchill due to high winds. These pants became our daily dress code. We wore these everyday for a week.excellent quality and perfect for cold, windy areas.

AH-MAZING!
I was super skeptical about these, the stock photo is terrible...it made it look like neoprene. They're not. They have a nice weight to them, light but not cheap. They are totally worth more than what they're asking. I went sledding with my kids for 5 hrs, and spent a lot of that time sitting in the snow, kneeling, etc taking videos and photos. I was NEVER cold. I wore a thin pair of workout pants underneath, but probably didn't need them - I ten to run hot anyways. There is NO bulk, enough stretch, I actually felt somewhat cute for the first time ever wearing snow pants. I do think they were a bit snugger than actual size around the waist, but it made sense to me b/c you don't want these falling down! ha. Enough space to put them over ski or snowboarding boots, and fitted through the thighs, hips and waist. Buy these!

Just misses...
First off, these will never work as ski pants, simply not heavy enough to keep you warm and dry plus pants will never get over boots.Initially, after receiving the pants, I thought they fit great. A nice trim look with enough room for a thermal baselayer for extra warmth. However, this pair had a flawed seam, so had to exchange for exact same pants. The second pair had no flaws and actually looked better. However, the size was not even close. These were looser, a bit longer and overall trim fit looked more sloppy and unkempt. The first pair of pants felt warm and the second pair not so much, I believe it's the looser fit. Pants are not that heavy and I would say for snow pants, they are medium weight at best.If the second pair fit as well as the first pair, I would have kept them. If you find they fit you well, I think for the money, they are worth it...

Warm, comfortable, they'll do.
These are REALLY comfortable. The material inside is very soft, and warm yet breathable. I love in northeast wisconsin, AND I work in meat production ( which means working inside a room that basically an industrial refrigerator) and these are holding up pretty well. Personally I was hoping that they would be more fitted in the ankle area, and I picked these because the photos looked like they should have been. Not a big deal though, I don't mind taking the seam in an inch or two for a well made, warm pair of pants.

Very warm and fit well
I wear these pants to ride my motocycle during Fall. I haven't had a chance to test them in the full on rain, but they do seem somewhat water proof. They are warm and stretchy and comfortable. They seem to be sawn very well. Hopefully, they will wash well also.

Too Small
I wear a M and ordered a L and they couldn't even pull up they are too small and not the stretch as outlined in the reviews

I like the warmth they provide
Bought thin version...I think these pants run a lil snug so would definitely suggest a the bugger size. I like the warmth they provide. I think these are more water repellant and not water proof at all. If you are thinking about using these in rainy weather don't. Holds up in fresh fluffy snow weather but not somwthing weather it will be slushy/weter snow. I gave them a 3 because they do stay warm and snow falls off easily.

They are a close fit.
The fit is close. I wear 34 x 34 jeans, and I bought the 2x (35 x 36 waist). Depending on what you weigh, it might be a good idea to go up one size like I did. In the future, I'll fill you in on how they hold up on the AT in 2018 starting in Feb.
