The service was really good and didn’t take long at all. The heart and the picture looked amazing! However, the rose gold color wasn’t what I expected—it looked a bit faded and not as pretty. The only thing I didn’t like was the necklace itself.

My daughter lives it and wears it everyday. It's a great way for her to keep her grandfather's member closer to her. A little larger than what we expected but still beautiful. The chain is cheap and flimsy, so she is not using it. The clasp for the locket works great.

I didn’t get a picture of this but I think it was a really great locket. The price is great. I got it as a gift for someone. The little plastic heart makes it easy to cut pictures to fit.

My favorite part is the picture is encased in resin, so it's safe. However. The metal is VERY light/thin so I'm not sure how long it'll last. Also the chain is on the cheaper side and I had to replace it 15 minuets after putting it on for the first time wearing it. It came with a gift bag to pack away necklace, and also a plastic heart in nice packaging. If this is your first locket I'd highly recommend. Very shiny, careful when opening to see picture. ✨️

Very beautiful and lightweight- the picture seems to be sealed with resin so there's no worry about it fading or tearing anytime soon!
