When I first took out from the box, it was quite long for my liking.After using it for several months , the knife still sharp. I like it so much because the knife is so light similar like ceramic weight. It is also thin so you can slice ginger rather thinly (see through) without any effort. I used it for chopping , cutting and it is still so durable, unlike ceramic knife it will just chipped even though the meat is not tough. Never regret buying it. I’m using it daily :)

I like this knife. It's very sharp and cuts the first time....that's a plus for me because I've had old knives for so long that didn't cut good. The only thing is this is a large knife so in my opinion, it's not good for cutting smaller things like garlic.As a side note, this knife makes the knife sound when you pick it up! If you don't know what the knife sound is, order this and you'll know.

Very light and delicate so don't go trying to prep hard squash or anything like that. Still great knife though

Kuro-Obi Black Titanium Coated knife is very light in weight. I have almost 40 knifes but this is one of my favorite one.

Sharp knife, however, the black coating makes this chalky noise when cutting food especially fruits.
