SHLOMPER Zip UP Hooded Velour Kaftan Robe

This is the third Shlomper I have bought and I am very pleased with it. Good fit, nice colour and the material is of a good quality which makes them wash very well. An excellent product that I am so glad I found. It is difficult to find a full length robe in the shops or on line and they all seem to be tied around the middle- a style that I loath and which makes me look like a sack of potatoes tied in the middle.Three cheers for Shlomper!

Great comfy. No baggy gaping. Other reviews had mentioned the fabric being thin. Ok it's not thick luxurious towelling heavyweight....but it doesn't claim to be either. It is lovely fabric. I can't wait to get into mine at night and snuggle up on the sofa.

It's much looser than in the photo and not shaped, loose, but have kept, colour as detailed.

Wanted a Shlomper for a while now and decided to go ahead. The fit is good for my size 14 frame and the length is spot on as I do like robes to come to my ankles which this did. The colour is a lovely rich purple and it is well made. The only small problem is that when I put it on it doesn't immediately fee warm and cosy but it does warm up after a few minutes. Must be that the inside of the material takes time to warm up.However I am very pleased with my purchase.

I find this hooded robe a good fit round the bust graduating to a comfortable fit around the hips allowing you to curl up on the sofa without feeling like you're wearing a sausage skin. I love the colour which thankfully WAS purple as described and not lilac or aubergine as can so often transpire to be the case. The zip seems durable, the fabric has the flexibility of a little stretch, it's warm and soft and most importantly machine washable. Price compares favourably with other high street retailers and I find fit is better. It has two pockets in the side seams. Ankle length on me (I'm 5ft 6) which I wanted so all in all I'm delighted with it.No cons (hasn't been washed yet) but if I had a wishlist I'd have asked for pockets on the front of the garment rather than in the side seams, and the addition of knitted cuffs on the sleeves. Irrespective, pleased I bought it.

This is the 2nd one I have bought. Feels luxurious and it's snug on a cold winter's night. Roony enough for a T-shirt or fine sweater underneath.

Would have liked it to be a bit more absorbent so that I could come out of the shower, put it on and it would blot me dry but that said it's great for lounging and I love the colour.

Ooooh I love this Schlomper! It is made from really good quality stretch velour. The zip runs freely and doesn't stick. It washed brilliantly. Highly recommended. Might get another in a different colour
