Works great, use it for bloating. As far as the packaging goes, you hold the tube upside down with the cap attached and then twist the part with the cap on it. The little pellets will then fall into the cap. Remove the cap and put the pellets straight from the cap under the tongue. Don't twist too fast because you will end up with a cap full (hold the tube straight up and twist again so the pellets will fall back into the tube). 😊

I would prefer a large bottle of 300-500

great lactose-free alternative, dissolves the same, works the same, sweeter taste. I use this one for my nerve pain. It doesn't prevent the pain but will arrest an attack once it's started.

I purchased this to help with digestive issues. Unfortunately I did not experience relief like I have with other homeopathic means. I was interested in trying one which was lactose free and there is a taste difference, its sweet but bitter, not nice tasting like the lactose ones. The construction of the tube & placement of the label is not user friendly. Part of the label remains in the way of the twist off cap making it difficult to get on and off and getting you sticky every time. This can be very frustrating. I hate to give low stars but I was disappointed.
