Not able to use with a case for the most part. Next version needs to accommodate phone with case and better way to grip and open.

I opened up the box, took the item out of the wrapper, attached it to the computer, then tried to attach my cell phone (Iphone 11 in with a case) to the clip. As soon as i tried to attach the phone, a piece fell off of the clip. Then i had a hard time trying to fit the phone to the clip. It barely fit, but was leaning like it wanted to fall off. Item felt cheaply made and is quite small. You really do get what you pay for.

Works well, phone needs to be thin enough as well as the monitor you are mounting it too. Seemed less useful than imagined. But works, u just need the right setup.

I tried two different products, the ones with the blue clips, and these with the spring. These DO work. It's a little trickly to get used to how they work, where to squeeze, how to hold, where to clip...etc. Just like the other reviews, I got two and one broke. BUT the broken one also works, you just have to squeeze differently.

I love this little gadget. I use it to hold my phone at the top of my laptop screen for Zoom calls so the phone camera is higher. Way better angle! Note that it works SUCH better with the clip handles toward you rather than the flat piece as is shown in the pics. I tried it that way and fiddled with it only to be frustrated at the poor performance of the device. THEN I flipped it around and viola—works like a charm.

It would work fine but it's too small for my phone case that's not even thick.

I needed the product for to create an additional screen with my tablet, for my laptop and guess what for the price the two claps secure my tablet. Just keep in mind that there is not much maneuverability as far as moving what ever you attach back and forth.

One clip works great and seems sturday. Other clip broke on first use. Company gives no way to contact and not worth sending back.

These are cheap and very functional. Don't ask too much out of them and they will do exactly what they should. Larger phones are going to be an issue with weight, but hanging the phone on the side and living with a slight tilt is worth it for the cost/usefulness. We use these all of the time and travel with them easily because of their size.
