We'll never make burgers at home again without using this seasoning!! So easy, make your patties, season the top and bottom liberally with HAAAAAM-Burger, grill, and done. Our family of four, including a picky 4 yr. old, all LOVE the new way we're seasoning our burgers! For years, I would experiment with adding a little this or that, and they were good, but just ok. I'm telling you, now, they are fantastic and with a no fail recipe!!

Poorly packaged. When I opened the thin bag bottle of spice arrived in, bottle was broken. Spice and broken glass spilled on floor. Had to sweep it up and place in waste can. Seemed to be fresh with great smell. May be a flavoring that I would enjoy. Will not order again because seller does not use small box with some newspaper or bubble wrap added to protect bottle.

It might be fine, but cap was broken and contents spilt into bag. There isnt an option to return, replace or leave a note.

This is a good spice blend that I will continue to use for multiple proteins. It is a little course for my fries, but I plan to put in pepper grinder to make it viable.

I get so tired of so many spice blends containing sugar, even all the ones advertised as "keto friendly". No, you don't need sugar in everything!! Or if you're that intent on reaching every flavor nerve on the palate at once, use a dash of stevia or erythritol.Other than the added brown sugar in this, it's a good blend with clean ingredients and no anti-caking agents like silicon dioxide, soybean oil, etc, just whole spices, all of which are organic.It's not too fine or too coarse. It has a nice, coarse salt texture without any too large pieces.Because it has no anti-caking ingredients, this does have a tendency to cake up some or may even arrive slightly clumpy but you can easily shake it up and loosen the clumps. I'd much rather do that than put up with added junk just to keep it free flowing.

I am a very basic cook and have grown tired of just salt and pepper on everything.  I tried this and loved it on burgers and fries - and my family couldn’t get over how good the meal tasted!   I have tried in the past to blend seasonings myself, but this blend is so delicious and quick, it reduces my stress in getting a good meal together that my family loves quickly.   The seasoning is quite salty, so I do not add additional salt to the burgers and I suggest that you try it without adding any additional salt, too.  The jar came packaged well and protected from breakage, which is always nice to know before ordering something glass that will come through the mail.  I have used other seasonings from this company too, and they are definitely fresh and great quality spice mixes.  I highly recommend them!
