Panettone Mold - P170, Case of 1200

Panettone bakers; this mold works perfectly. For anyone who doesn't know what this is, it's literally a giant, paper cupcake cup used to bake Panettone. You place the cup on a cookie sheet, dump a ball of Panettone dough inside, let it rise, then bake. You tear the cup off and toss it in the trash when serving the Panettone.

At first, I thought the molds were too thin to bake pannetone cakes. I was wrong; they worked quite well.

First time making panettone and these molds worked great. I looked around at all options and these seemed to have good reviews and were reasonably priced so I decided to give them a try.No problems, worked well now I just need to work on improving my "Panettone skills".The molds were shipped to me quickly, packaged well - no issues.

Amazon shipped this product in a paper bag and the panettone molds were totally crushed at some point in transit. I needed to use one so I put a bowl inside it and tried to reshape it. Product performed well - bread did not stick with a little baking spray on it.

Perfect size for our traditional cake.

Been looking for these for a while . I was using metal molds for my bread for a while and hated washing them after use . These save me time and a whole lot of washing . Thanks for stocking them .

Recipe needs modification. Placing the mix into the paper liner caused the rice cooker to shut down. I added a cup of water between the Rice-cooker liner and the paper liner and it worked. Lava cake was a bit sloppy but the paper liner worked as expected. Still, some modification of recipe is in order.
