AUTHENTIC
I only discovered these last year after moving to the east coast. I lived and grew up in LA and am mexican, so I know a thing or two about tortillas. :pHad my local spot back home, but after moving I found a severe lack in good/authentic mexican foods & products that are staples for me. I started searching on amazon when I came across these for whole foods and now I cant live without them. Theyre thin with the best chewy, tender bite that I love in a good flour tortilla; and they puff up when you heat them up. (the way they should ☺️) Makes the BEST carne asada burritos! Better than my favorite taco truck back home. Whole foods of all places too. Clutch.

Best wrappers for fresh wraps
Best wrappers for fresh wraps, because they are plain with no strong tastes. They are thin, yet hold together well. Heat in microwave or toaster oven a few seconds to warm up. I find these best for fresh wraps like chicken Ceasar, Buffalo chicken, or hummus wraps. They usually do don’t break. Also used for Mexican fajitas but these are not as thick or “fluffy” as some other brands made for fajitas.

The Best
If you do not like doughy and thick and bready wraps, these are for you. Superb authentic flavor, thin, and elastic so that they never crack when rolled into a burrito/fajita. They have a wonderful texture as well and are highly satisfying to bite into and chew. You’ll know what I mean when you give these a try!

Best Tortillas you can buy!
I rarely write reviews. Similar to most people, I usually write something if there is a problem. However, when I received an email from Maria & Ricardo's today about writing an HONEST product review, I couldn't stop myself. There are the best tortillas you can buy. Period. I discovered them at Whole Foods about a year ago and they are wonderful. When we get down to the last pack at home, we go into a worried frenzy. They taste like your grandmother made them. Still slightly undercooked/ doughy out of the package, you can either warm them up to become this wonderful pillowy burrito casing, or you can throw them over your burner, slightly char them and they taste right off the grill. I am sure homemade ones are better, but hey, I don't have that kind of time. Plus, when I use Maria and Ricardo's tortillas, it tastes homemade already. Why mess with greatness?

The best yet!
Finally a tortilla that is healthy, delicious and edible. I have tried countless tortillas that aren’t worth eating. Inevitably, most have unacceptable ingredients or aren’t worth eating. Maria and Ricardo’s have everything I’ve been looking for in a tortilla. Thanks for producing a great product!

Freshness problem
I purchased these tortillas because they were rated as an outstanding product in a rating of tortillas (Washington Post I think). I had to order in larger volume than I wanted, as smaller quantity was out of stock, but proceeded due to rave reviews… The product was dry & didn’t meet expectations - freshness & quality big disappointment - I gave them away— 3 big packages
