I bought this handbag as a little stocking filler for my mother at Christmas. She likes to change her daily carry bag every few months. She switched to this one last week and wore it for the first time. It didn't last a day! The zip broke on the third use and was absolutely irreparable. I was so upset when she told me, as although not expensive it was still a gift and should have lasted the few short months that she would have used it for. Gutted that she left it so long to use it as I can't get a refund or a return after 4-5 months.Avoid at all costs.
