It's a rental
The media could not be loaded. Â Understandable that it's a rental book that has most likely seen many, many different hands over its life. The important thing is the knowledge and information is still very much usable albeit with some extra notations made by other renters. Over all, expected better quality

Damaged
Book came soaking wet and damaged but I needed it asap for school so no time to go through the motions of getting a new one sent over. It came really fast which was great.

The pages are all tear away which is helpful because the damn book is so heavy, but don't expect to be able to resell this.

You get what you pay for
Bought brand new cheaper than school book store , it's a lab book buy it brand new not used its better to have and create your own notes so you can have your own understanding of the material, than to look at someone else's notes that could be wrong or just plain sloopy. Do not rent !!!!!!!

Book wasn't really looking nice and I thot I paid for the one that had an access code or a cd. found nothing other that the book.i really don't care what it looks like I just want to be done with the semester
