I purchased this chair for home use. Then chair is well made, easy to turn and lift. I purchased the red and black chair, my adult kids liked the color and comfort. The instructions that came with the chair were hard to read, not very good. I put the chair together by myself, I had a little problem with the back rest. I've used it on twice already and can recommend it with confidence.

I love the chair, it is comfortable and very attractive. My only dislike was the way the chair was packaged - all the screws and other unattached items were just thrown inside the box. Great chair!

I really like this chair it’s way better than what I was using before. The only reason I didn’t give it a five star rating is because I dint like the fact that it is automatically in the lock position. You have to push the pump half way down in order to turn the chair. If you have a heavier person this really is an issue because when you go to push it half way down there weight makes you end up lowering the chair. Other than that this chair is great especially for the price.

I love the chair and the style...However the drilled holes that were in the seat bottom were not fastened at all and the wood was chipped and broken. Very disappointed in that. As well as the seat back being assembled to the metal plate the holes once again did not line up and I had to drill more holes to make the seat bottom stay..The chair was a bit pricey for these simple defects..I did purchase two and both chairs had the same issue..
