The buy and delivery went smoothly. The product came at the estimated time. The disc is in great shape. No complaints. I would like to warn buyers that you need to consider whether or not your machine could play the disc. I hastily bought this product without realizing that the disc does not play in the U.S., U.S. Territories, Canada, and Bermuda DVD players. Thankfully, I own a computer that could solve this problem, but it may be a big problem for other buyers. I give the seller big points for reminding us of this on the packaging and even giving us a choice to refund if we don't own a machine that could play it. No complaints. Highly recommended.

I am sorry to report that when the movie arrived and we put it into our DVD player it wouldn't play. Much to our dismay we are unable to play it here in the US. Some sort of disclaimer by the seller says that they will not refund or replace because the DVD format is not supported here in the US. and the DVD must still be in its original shrink-wrapped package.We were so excited to receive the movies as they are two of our favorites. Now they can just go in the trash can. Very disappointed...

Both Funny/Girl and Funny/Lady both tell the wonderful of the comediane Fanny Brice. Stiesand was born to play this woman. Great supporting casting from Omar Sharif and James Caan.

My mom sent me this link and so I bought it for her Mother's Day gift. Much too our dismay the DVD will not play in our player here in the USA. Personally I thought that all DVD players were made the same. Never did I think that I would need to check which country I would need to watch it in. Now it's a waste and my mom didn't get a Mother's Day gift from me. Super disappointed!!!

This DVD won't work on our dvd machine, it said it is the "wrong region". Can't watch it.

I was very disappointed that this video would not play on my DVD player. It stated my player wasn’t the right format. I have bought other video’s from Amazon snd never had this problem. I really wanted Funny Lady and hopefully I will find it somewhere.

I thought I'd wait and do this review on Barbra's Birthday (April 24th).Barbra had been doing the stage version of "Funny Girl" for a number of years, based on the story of real life entertainer Fanny Brice, so she was completely immersed in the part when they wanted to make a film version. The songs are fantastic, mixing humour with heart wrenching and inspiring numbers. Every one of them faultlessly performed by this great lady.It was a number of years before the sequel "Funny Lady" was made, but she still gives such warmth and vitality to every song. For the lady who said she's an actress who sings, both of these films showcase her great talent for both genres. Absolutely superb must sees.Happy Birthday Barbra!.
