Me, My Brother And Father Enjoy Our Stylo 5 Phones
I bought 3 of these LG Stylo 5 phones for me, my brother and my father. I also bought 3 cases from (HNHYGETE), that help in color-coding each phone. I will leave a separate review for these cases on that section. Some of the pictures will have a glare on the screen, but that is just from the poor lighting and angling on my part (not the fault of the phone design or functionality-- also, a pen is visible for size referencing). I have been using LG Stylo phones since the 3rd model, because I absolutely loved the idea of a stylus included in the phone. My fingers often times makes it difficult to always click the right letter or number on a keypad, or a link in a browser, so the stylus is a perfect addition for that use. I will say, that after a while (with my stylo 4, especially, the stylus pen did somehow loosen in its slot and I eventually lost it. Now, whether that's my fault or the phone, I'm not 100% sure, but it has happened before, so be aware of your stylus's fit over time. Otherwise, the battery life and charging is excellent. In my opinion, the battery is much more effective than that of Samsung phones or even the limited time I ever used an apple product. For me, the stylus and the battery must be top-notch and dependable and I receive both with this phone. I realize that there is a Stylo 6 model out now and I'm sure it probably has features that are improved, when compared to older models (including such a relatively newer model, Stylo 5), but if you can't afford to keep up with the Kardashians, like I cannot, then buying down one model (Stylo 5), in my honest opinion, does not cause you to miss out on much. I'm pretty simple about what I need from a phone. I don't follow fads and I don't care about the newest and best. I only care whether the phone works and won't make me have to come out more money for another phone in less than a year. My stylo 4 lasted me about 2 years, if not longer. I have been very pleased with it and only replaced it it with the Stylo 5, because I have used that phone so much, I figured it was due for an upgrade while I was getting my brother and father a Stylo 5, anyway. I haven't had the Stylo 5 for long, but so far, the dependability factor from my Stylo 4, seems to be carried through to this upgraded version. I feel good about the Stylo 5 lasting a long time and providing me with this best service (service, as in Straight Talk) and functionality I could ask for. With any phone, you may run into issues. I can't really say I ran into many with my Stylo 4 (aside from losing the stylus pen), so I don't anticipate any major problems with the Stylo 5. I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone who is on a budget, needs a dependable and long lasting battery and ultimately, a pretty sleek looking and functioning phone, at a price that won't break the bank. My father thoroughly enjoys his Stylo 5 (his Stylo 3 was on the verge of going out, because he had had it for a few years and that was impressive in and of itself). My brother really loves his Stylo 5, because he was used to the $60 and less phones that don't do much, nor function the greatest (because we all know that you get what you pay for) and so he honestly feels like this phone is very classy and definitely not what he is used to owning. He is enjoying so many of the features that he missed out with much lower-priced phone models. The stylus is definitely something he is enjoying and being able to do more things with his phone, is a blessing to him. I will conclude with this, because I've already written a novel here and I do apologize for that...In conclusion, if you have ever owned an LG phone, you will know what functions are there and what it might mean to upgrade those functions with each model upgrade. The LG Stylo 5 will give you all the things you ever loved about previous LG Stylo models, with improvements and added features that are included in the description above. For me, I would recommend this product to people looking for what I have described and what this page describes. Thank you for your time and good luck with your search for a new phone.Ps: Make sure your current phone service is compatible. My Straight Talk service transfered fine. Just a heads up. You can always email the seller with those questions.

When ordering ask to make sure they remove the Antitheft-chip
Everything was great about the phone but could get turned on because seller didn’t take the Antitheft chip off of box so they refunded my money

Stylo 3 is better
When I ran out of memory in my stylo 3 I decided to get a 5. I received the 5 pretty quickly. It was sealed new in package however inside the packaging it had a Wal-Mart info sticker and pamphlet. No where in the description did it state anything about it being from Walmart. Also between purchase and review the company name changed on the order from Riz to something else so I'm not sure if I have any way to contact someone with any problems. Transferring was easy with the straight talk tranfer app. I only have one HUGE problem with this phone. When on a call the call becomes garbled for a 30 seconds. It's bad enough I can't make up anything the caller is saying. I make business calls from my phone and it's a big problem when I have to have the caller repeat themselves several times till I can hear them clearly again. Never ever had a problem with the 3. Sadly this maybe the last stylo I buy if this is the quality.
