The E-Myth Real Estate Investor

I love this simple concept of running my real estate business using systems and processes. Than does an excellent job of teaching principles he uses in his real estate business thus taking the learning curve away from many new investors. Definitely a must read for anyone that wants to get into real estate or even make their real estate business run like a well oiled machine.

This is one of the best books I have read on the topic of developing your REI. Bought the book as a back up to the Audible. Lots of great details and big picture information!

I have read this book several times now. It has so many gold nuggets that you will almost highlight the whole book.

Awesome book. I am a very seasoned (and quite successful) real estate investor with over 25 years experience. I picked up quite a few tidbits from Michael Gerber and Than Merrill from reading this book. Would highly recommend to novices and seasoned professional alike.

This book is structured in a way that it keeps your attention from the first page. I immediately changed my business model after reading the first few chapters.

This was my first E-myth book. The reason that I didn't like it was that it was too prescriptive. Prescriptive books are usually based on situations that don't happen in real life, so it's hard to follow the advice.

Excellent info for the real estate investor. Lots to learn. Explains why so many fail. Packed full of insite.
