If You're Looking for Vibrant Colors I Would Try Something Else!
First, I received the colored pencils in a timely fashion along with Writing & Coloring Felt Tip Pens - The Best Ultra Fine Point Colored Office Supplies 24 Pen Set - Today Get 100% Money Back Guarantee - Top Felt Tipped Fineliner Color Markers - Extra Ebook Included . I've enjoyed coloring and drawing with the pens.PROS:Price. There are 48 colors. The box states they are non-toxic, acid free, cruelty free and eco-friendly. If you like pastel colors these are the colored pencils for you.CONS:I am not impressed with the colored pencils at all. I've included a coloring sample so you can decide if they're right for you. I found the colors to be too light for my taste. I applied what I'd consider normal pressure when coloring and the colors didn't darken at all. I felt applying anymore pressure would result in broken leads. The leads seem to have what I equate to a waxy texture (not smooth and creamy as the box states) on the page and when I was coloring there would be this occasional rough feel that sent shivers down my spine (not in a good way but like when someone scratches their nails down a chalkboard). Although there are 48 colors I found some of them hard to distinguish between and I ended up numbering the ends so I could keep track of which color I used where. The last issue was attempting to sharpen them; in their defense, I was using an office supply store cheap sharpener which split the wood and cracked the leads ... whether this is due to the quality of the pencils or the sharpener I'm not sure.I would not purchase these colored pencils again.

okay
I decided to try these colored pencils because I wanted a variety of colors for coloring in adult coloring books.( I love crayola for they color the best and look the best but they are a little high priced when you get 50+ different colors in a pack.) CONS:Not all of the colors show up on paper. The lighter ones you have to push hard to get a good shade to see. They do not have the color wrote on the pencil. Some of the pencils the wood is a different color then the lead and when you go to color with it it is a totally different color. Most of the colors look the same shade/color, but when you go to color with them it is very deceiving because it is not the color you planed on it being. It makes it look like there is repeat colors in the box. The color black dose not come out as black more like gray. PROS: Most of the darker colors show up good and color good on paper. Yes you get a variety of colors. They blend/mix well with each other.

So So Pencils
Ok call me petty but the set I got has only 1 blue pencil which is not what is shown in the picture. This is totally annoying as I didn't discover it until I had used several of the colors and was looking for a light blue which ahh I don't have. The picture shows like 4 blues just in the front but not my box. Lots of greens & reds but only 1 bluePro'sCoverage - the ones I've colored with go on smooth and give great coverage for what a color pencil isPrice - overall not bad for the number of pencilsCon'sVariety - as previously stated my box didn't match the picture as I have only 1 blue. Not sure if this is unique or not and not sure if I want to buy another box to find out. There are to many other options available where I know I'll get different shades of all the colors. If your looking for good quality pencils at a decent price then these are good for you just please make sure you have all the colors shown before actually using them so you can return them if needed. I'm marking them down 2 stars due to the lack of blues other then that I would've marked a 5 star.

These suck.
These are pretty much crap!! Let's start with the box.... Pretty much feels like it was made out of low quality card stock. Moving on to the pencils themselves.... Number one: I wish they had some indication on them as to the color. They don't say anything other than the brand. Number two: many of the colors are very very similar. To the point you can't tell them apart (see attached photo). Number three: they simply don't work very well. You have to press down really freakishly hard to get any color satiation what so ever. By the time you color one small area, you hand hurts. I bought some Crayolas at Walmart to use until these came in, and I guess I will be using them again until I can find a better quality pencil. Overall I am extremely disappointed in this product. And I wish I could just give it no stars.

24 Colors 48 pencils
Applies onto paper very smooth and the colors are deep and rich. I didn't read the description very well: There are two pencils of the same color, so you have 24 colors. I need to search again for another box of colored pencils that have the basic primary colors. These colors are vibrant and beautiful but I'm just missing the basics. I needed black for example, not navy purple. I also needed green, not turquoise, jade, or olive.....

Eco-friendly product, lighter in color application...
These arrived with just one broken lead and it sharpened OK. The colors are vibrant to look at, and were given as a gift. The comments were that they appear much 'lighter' than the bright color of the lead or the painted barrel. Glad to know about the Eco-friendly nature of the product...

48 pencils, butnot 48 colors!!!!
There are not 48 different colors! There are several browns that are the same and no red, just raspberry color and pink. 2 greens. The blues are almost identical. Would not recommend, and I have bought much less expensive pencils that are much better!!!

CraZart & Crayola Pencils are much better
Not good, color goes on very light, with some of the lighter colors you almost can't see. Not smooth, tires your hand.Without a doubt my CraZart & Crayola colored pencils are 100% better. I rummaged thru my children's coloring drawer and stole their pencils and I do not use these anymore.
