SteamVita SV3X16CM Stainless Steel 3 Level Food Steamer

The SteamVita is a very simple design that takes a little practice to use, but very quickly I was able to create a variety of meals. I use it three to four times a week as a single dad and pretty much threw away my other cooking utensils. It's great for stove top meals and we take it camping with us in the Maine woods. Very efficient, easy to clean and super fast. I didn't know anything about steaming, but found the cookbook useful and the food just tastes better vice frying, broiling or baking. Did I mention it makes life much easier as a working, single dad? In short, be patient as you learn to adjust the water level and keep a good head of steam for the density of food, but well, well worth the money.
