Phenomenal value, great writing experience
It is not often that I give a product the full five stars, and there is a chance you may disagree with me, so hear me out. First of all, to review a product like this requires at least some experience with the competition. I'm no expert, but I have used the Lamy CP1 and Safari, the Pilot Metropolitan, the TWSBI Mini Classic, and even the Platinum Preppy and various Jinhaos. I know my way around fountain pens. This is, quite frankly, the best pen for the money. Why do I say that? First of all, it's a beautiful demonstrator, a design often reserved for much higher price points, and upon inspection you will note the high quality double gasket piston design and the robust piston threading. This pen has a screw cap and a push-to-post design, but rather than leaving it at a pure plastic-on-plastic friction fit (which would be more than satisfactory for this price), TWSBI put an additional gasket on the piston knob, which gives the cap a better fit when posted. In terms of writing experience, this pen is one of my favorites. I have the medium nib and I find it effortlessly smooth and consistent in ink delivery. Only the Lamy CP1 can challenge the Eco in terms of nib smoothness, and of course the CP1 is more than twice the price. You will read of quality and manufacturing issues with the TWSBI line of pens. This is certain. You may get a pen with a subtly misaligned nib, or the acrylic may crack, or the piston mechanism might act up. These are truths. I didn't deduct a star from my rating for two reasons: first, my pen arrived in perfect condition and has remained so ever since (a couple of months so far). Second, TWSBI has, by all accounts, phenomenal customer support, and has never hesitated to make things right when complaints of quality issues were raised. I can speak only of second-hand experiences, but between the stories of TWSBI's willingness to replace parts or even whole pens, and Amazon's similar reputation, I wouldn't hesitate to buy this pen.Further, the pen comes with a small jar of silicone sealant to be used on the piston if it dries out or leaks, and a small custom plastic wrench for opening the body to get access to the piston. This design is well thought out and executed at a level that easily outpaces the expectations surrounding such a modest price tag.In short, I can't recommend the Eco more strongly. It is a truly great value and stands out among its peers in this price range.

Definitely one of my favorite pens I have
I finally picked up an Eco to see what everyone was raving about. Then I finally understood - immediately purchased a second one after thatSuper smooth. Writes like butter on my Rhodia pad. Paired the white pen with a Diamine Firestorm Red ink - shimmer. I don’t clean my pens out as often as I probably should, but I’ve had zero issues with my Ecos drying out or gunking up.I’ve had the same ink in this one all year and it hasn’t had any issues - flows right away after sitting for weeks. I know I don’t use it enough, but I just have too many pens

Good quality, affordable and innovative
I hadn’t heard of this pen company previously, but it’s really well built and has a terrific, zero-mess way of refilling the ink (just immerse the nib in the ink bottle, and rotate the end cap). I doubt you can get a better pen at this price point anywhere!

Mixed Feelings on TWSBI ECO Fountain Pen: Stellar Service, Average Product
My experience with the TWSBI ECO Fountain Pen in White with a Medium Nib left me with mixed feelings. On one hand, the customer service provided by TWSBI is top-notch. They are responsive, helpful, and truly care about their customers. However, when it comes to the pen itself, I found it to be rather average. The design is sleek and minimalist, which I appreciate, but the writing experience didn't live up to my expectations. The nib felt scratchy at times, and I experienced occasional ink flow issues. On the positive side, the pen is easy to disassemble and clean, which can be a plus for fountain pen enthusiasts who enjoy maintenance. The ink capacity is also decent. In summary, TWSBI ECO Fountain Pen's customer service is stellar, but the pen's performance left me wanting more. If you value excellent customer support and don't mind some tinkering to improve the writing experience, this pen might still be worth considering. However, if you're primarily seeking an exceptional writing experience out of the box, you might want to explore other fountain pen options.

Great pen
I love this pen. First time I did my research before buying. Reasonably price. Writes like you writing with butter. I like I can use my personal choice of bottled ink colors.

I get the hype now and I want 12 more.
Everything about this pen lives up to the hype. The presentation with the case, the accessories, the quality of the pen. It’s all there. It has a good weight without being over done. The white cap is crisp and bright. There’s even a little warning tab attached to the cap stating not to use alcohol which I’m assuming is corrosive to the pen. But the smoothness of the nib… that really surprised me.I thought this brand was over hyped… but I get it now. I’m obsessed.

Best Fountain Pen on the Market, hands down !!
These TWSBI's are the most trouble-free fountain pens I own. Writes so smooth with just the right amount of ink flow. I collect them whenever a new color I love comes out. They are my favorite and I have tried many brands.. I love love TWSBI !!!

Keep this pen away from anything not temperature controlled 🫤.
The media could not be loaded. The pen writes great, looks great, and functions well, but there is a critical flaw. The pen CRACKS when exposed to differential temperatures. I love TWSBI products like the Diamond Mini, but there is no reason why the eco should break so easily. Literally this pen cracked and leaked ink and is unusable. I’m so pissed because of how well it writes. I’m not sure what to do, because I only enjoy writing with a fountain pen.
