Menopausal symptoms!!!
I have been sleeping on this pad and other grounding pads since just before covid. I am almost 52 now. I work long shifts. I used to have night sweats and interrupted sleep and achy joints. I DO NOT now. I believe the science. Watch The Earthing Movie on YouTube. I can go on and on. Be warned though, for some reason, the first two nights I slept on it I had wicked nightmares. I think my REM sleep was in full affect. I have purchased so many as gifts; my parents, my sister and fam, my brother, friends. Friends who were having terrible covid symptoms ie headaches, body aches. Try the pillow case too but do not use two grounding mats at the same time. I heard it helps heal wounds faster. Anyone can use. It’s like having your feet in the grass 24/7. That’s it!If you sit at the computer all day, buy a mat that goes under your keyboard.

Good for inflammation
This is my favorite! I have purchased 4 different mats and this one is the most comfortable to sleep with. I now sleep more soundly and it's helping with inflammation so I am not so achy when I wake up in the a.m. I am a biomagnetic therapist and recommend this mat to my clients.

If it works or not
Not sure if the grounding mat works or not. I can't tell any difference yet and I've used it everyday for 2 weeks

I'm not sure how I'm to prove this scientifically. I could share my innermost thoughts with you but feel they would only be dismissed. This works for me. Try it and see.

Eighteen tired loggers.
Ah ha! Made you look. I always read the one stars too. I’m infatuated with the idea of grounding. Even though it to early to know or realize the full benys of this product, one thing for certain, I’ve slept like eighteen loggers since sleeping on this unit. Wow, what a rest. I haven’t the need to tranquilize every night. MIKE like.
