Buyer Beware - Pentair Does Not Back Up Purchases From Their Amazon Store
Purchased a pack of test kit chemical refills. The pH solution was not sealed when it arrived (but the chlorine solution was). The chlorine solution works fine, but the pH solution has obviously been diluted. When swirled in the test kit chamber, it almost goes clear. Tried to ask for a replacement via Amazon returns and was sent to Pentair customer service. Pentair customer service refuses to replace the solution. I point blank asked them if they are affiliated with the Pentair Store on Amazon and was told yes (by agent Sarah), but that they do not recommend customers purchase via Amazon and they do not refund or replace defective items purchased via Amazon. Even though it is THEIR Amazon store. Poor form Pentair. Not a great way to keep customers.

PH test way too light.
PH test way too light. I don't really understand what is going wrong here. Had to buy an entire replacement at Home Depot

PH coloring is way too light.
The coloring for the PH test is not right. It’s too light.I bought this as a refill for the Pentair Rainbow Test kit that I have. I can’t use it to determine PH because it is way too light and doesn’t match the color chip that is in the test kit.
