For this product I was very excited, being We are all in Quarantine for a month .. I decided to take the time to use it. I’ve been now using it for four days and I can say I definitely felt the stimulation in this product. My legs definitely felt like I had worked out the day before can’t wait to see my results in May 2020.

Not knowing what to expect I have been pleased with this product. I have used it about four days and no longer wake up with stiff hips. All of that sciatic pain is on vacation now. I can even feel the effect in my shoulders and spine. Furthermore, I have noticed a reduction in the puffiness around my waist. Also, it has helped my hemorrhoids as well as the circulation in my legs. Being a little greedy, I've used it twice a day on some days. I kind of wish the apparatus were a little bigger. I thought that it was USB chargeable and was disappointed that it takes Triple AAA batteries.

I’ve only had it for a day but the stimulation definitely works. I have some sciatic pain, not the normal kind but more like I should probably stretch more. But anyway, this does relieve some of that pain. Will my butt grow? Not sure yet, but I like this so far—-Ok so after Day 1, my butt was pretty sore like I had done a ton of glute exercises. I did 4 sets of 12 mins or however long it is for the auto shutoff

- review update, I tried the Power Dot, I tossed this out. Now comparison to this and trust me I kept my last review I posted about this particular unit until I tried my husband who also has a herniated disc and wow! Now that has given me massive amounts of release.Herniated disc with sciatica and wish I discovered this product years ago! Highly recommend very happy

Easy for me to use . Takes AAA batteries. Can actually feel my muscles contracting. Feel like I did lots of squats

I received this today and love it already. I originally tried the ab one first and got great results from it. I wanted to try the hip one because I had such success with the Ab end. This is by all means no miracle product. You do see results and FEEL it too after a couple weeks. I can’t wait to use this everyday and see my results after a month. The only thing I wish this had was a remote control. It is difficult trying to change the setting once the product it is already on your skin.

When I get this hip coach, I will definitely be "shocked". I know it emits electromagnetic waves, but I am not prepared for how I feel. Initially, electric shock made people uncomfortable (even painful). After a while, you are used to electric shock, and it's not bad. You can visually see your muscles contract and relax while the hip trainer is doing things. I haven’t used the product long enough to see if it can help improve your body, but it does serve the purpose of advertising.

Instruction Booklet not thoroughly informative, leaves you guessing for solutions. Made for smaller framed individuals. Replacement gel pads offered on Amazon are not specifically sized for this unit, most bulk packs of replacement pads are too small for unit. If you get it to work, it does contract muscles like advertised and helps reduce butt atrophy. But so does walking, especially on inclines.
