Cardone 27-7501 Remanufactured Power Steering Gear (Renewed)

Fit my 73 C10 perfectly. Excellent quality and does not leak. Does not come with the pitman arm shaft nut. My original did not want to tighten all the way and I did not want to strip the threads. I learned there is a protective coating on the shaft threads. Take a wire brush to the threads. Once cleaned the nut went right on. Just something to help you out hopefully. Great product. Arrived quickly and packaged well. Would buy again if needed. Thank you

Took all the slop out of the steering. Works great and makes the truck drive like new. However, after being rebuilt it wasn't centered so be prepared to pull and recenter the steering wheel so it isn't crooked. This is a minor problem considering what a great value this is. I would definitely buy again.

I have no issues with the pump. But they were offering a $100 digital rebate that I never received. I received an email that the pump I shipped back was received and my rebate would be in my email in 4 weeks. That was 3 months ago. No response to emails and their voice mail is always full.I only bought this pump because of the rebate and it was clearly a bait and switch. So ONE star for the scam and again, the pump works and doesn't leak so what else can I say.

The box itself is incredible. A huge improvement in handling and driveability. The remanufacture process they did was a little lacking though. The threads for the mounts had to be tapped to clean them up to remove the thick paint. The hose ports had grimy reminents from the last owner that had to be cleaned out before use.A good gear box just not the fit and finish you would expect.

I love restoring old cars and want to see these companies stay alive.Works well, easy to install. I replaced this as part of a complete front-end rebuild on a -69 C25. Wish they would also do rag joints (add $50 to the price, include a rag joint, and pocket a bit of extra cash ☺️)Seriously - thank you!

Worked perfect on my ‘72 C10. Make sure you buy the pitman arm and rag joint if you are converting from manual steering. They are different.

Didn’t fit my 68 c10, my bad. Good price tho.
