AMAZING MELTS
This chocolate melted wonderfully. It’s easy to use, delicious in taste, and works well with plastic or silicone molds. It was packaged wonderfully & well done. There was no damaged chocolates.

Great chocolate to use for ganache and drips
I am very happy with how easily this chocolate melts with and without heavy cream. It also takes gel color very well and makes a great ganache. The texture is on point . Definitely easy to use.

New packaging is great & the chocolate is melts so good!
Their new packaging with 2 of 32oz bags of chocolate melts amazingly!!! This packaging is way better because you can open one at a time, which saves the chocolate as you keep opening it. Usually when I purchase and they send the package with one - 5lbs bag of chocolate, it doesn’t melt as good after a while.
