Wonderfully versatile
I love these, and have so much more room in my freezer now. I use them for four things: - freezing leftovers. The other half of that bolognese sauce, chilli, curry etc. I write the date and contents straight onto the bag with a Sharpie. Takes up so much less room than rigid containers. - freezing fresh produce. I live on my own, so these make it easy to buy the cheaper big packs of pork loin, chicken breasts etc and then freeze them singly in the smaller size. Again, I write date and contents on the bag with a Sharpie. - keeping the other half of a packet of cold meat, bacon etc in the fridge. Buy a packet of four slices of roast beef, open, pop the other three in one of these and it keeps perfectly. - defrosting bread. I keep a loaf of sliced bread in my freezer. I remove two frozen slices and seal in the large size one of these bags. An hour later - fresh bread for a sandwich.I've been using them for a while now and the all still seal/re-seal absolutely fine. Sharpie writing wipes off fine after a five minute soak in soapy water.Highly recommended!

Excellent
I bought these, as part of my efforts to use less plastic, as an alternative to cling film. I was a little sceptical that the quality would be good since the price was relatively low, however I was wrong. These are really well made and fairly substantial with a good strong seal on the layers. The small size is good for snacks, crackers, fruit etc and the large size is more than big enough for a hefty sandwich. They’re really easy and quick to wash and dry and I highly recommend these.

when is a zip lock not a zip lock?
I spent a great deal of time to find food bags with a proper zip lock. I thought I had found them ,but what I got were press lock. They were packed in a plastic bag which actually had a zip lock, so somebody knew the difference. Not going to send them back as I am isolating and would find that difficult.

Perfect to replace disposable plastic bags.
I use the bags to store any leftover bit and pieces. To divide large amounts into smaller easier to use amounts. They fit into fridge and freezer. You can see what is stored in them and they are easily labelled. They wash well and are reusable. This is my second order as I was so pleased with the first.

Split on first use
Used 3 (large) to portion out some soup for the fridge / freezer. First one split on the bottom spilling everywhere before it made it in. Second leaked from a split in the top while in the fridge, but I can't tell when it developed the fault. The third seemed to hold up in the freezer.I'll continue to use the remainder for dry portioning but I don't trust the bags to hold up for any real length of time.

Great product
I am very pleased with these reusable bags, as I hate the thought of using cheap, unsafe plastic with BPA etc. These are just what I wanted for freezing and storing vegs etc in the fridge. Nice and sturdy.

Reuable & easy to clean
Purchased this product in Feb & ordered a second set in Mar.Pros:Reusable, easy to clean, unlike traditional tupperware the bags take up very little space in freezer, fridge & when being stored when not in use.Cons: no consThis is not a con but more of a btw - the large size holds the equivalent of the size of a sandwich - good for left overs or dividing up bulk cooked food.
