Obsessed! Great PM Tool
I was shocked to see the low star score so I had to jump in to share my feedback. A colleague in Europe was using these for one of her meetings and when she introduced me, I became obsessed.I'm a project manager so my work life is filled with post-it notes, project plans, workshops; essentially I need to be super organized to get things done. Slicky Notes is a great tool to help facilitate productive discussions. I will share a few observations/considerations and will echo some already shared. Ultimately, there are some drawbacks, but I still believe they are so great that the benefits outweigh the drawbacks. I still give them 5 stars in my book!- They are more expensive than post-it notes; therefore, I still use post-it notes to be cost-conscious- They do not permanently stick to a surface, but stay put for a really long time! I would say they have a lifespan of 4 weeks. Let's be honest though, regular post-it notes don't last forever either!- I use Sharpie markers and that works well - dry erase, gel, etc. will not work- It's great to use these when you're moving them around a lot - they have more longevity than post-it notes in this case.-They stick to almost every surface! I've been successful with glass, fabric, dry wall, wood. I remember it didn't work on ONE surface before, but forget which type. You get the gist though, it works on A LOT of surfaces. This is particularly helpful when you're meeting in a room that may have different surfaces and maybe doesn't have a large white board. For example, I've done a lot of international travel for meetings and you don't always know what the office spaces are equipped with so I bring these everywhere as they are so versatile. If you are a project manager, like myself, or someone who does process mapping/improvement, this is a great tool to add to your toolkit. They may not fit every single need you have, but they are a great resource that addresses unmet needs (e.g. static stick).Lastly, these definitely should be available with Prime. Please add!

They perform just as advertised.
These things are awesome. I use it will all of my training sessions and hand them out as gifts. If you are putting stuff up on walls or other surfaces you'll never go back to postit notes.

Awesome Concept But Needs Improvement
This is an awesome concept, but needs a little bit of improvement in my opinion. Instead of adhesive, these sticky notes use static electricity to stick on the wall. There are two sides to them – a colored side which you write on with pen or pencil (no gel pens), and a white side, which is dry erase. I love that the dry erase side is reusable and that they come in 4 different colors. You can color code your notes, and thereare LOTS of sheets for notes.I found that they just weren’t sticky enough. The colored side does stick a little bit better than the white side, but neither one sticks very well. They either fell off the wall or migrated down the wall (probably from my air conditioner blowing in that direction.) I just can’t trust that if I write something important on there that it will still be there when I come back, especially if I’m away from it for a while. I did try the advice the seller recommended - they recommended wiping the notes with a cloth to get the static electricity to come back, but I didn’t find that it helped much at all. Also, if you’re wiping a dry erase surface, obviously your writing will come off. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.

So much fun!
So I know these are supposed to be office supplies, but I'm a dork and always have fun with them before I get down to business. These notes were no different. These arrived at my house on time and in great condition. There were 12 pads of them neatly wrapped in plastic. Nothing was torn or damaged. On to the fun part. The colors on these notes are stunning. They're bright and fun, which is something severely lacking in nearly everything work-related. On the other side, they're just white, which is somewhat boring but there's a reason for that. They can be used as a dry erase board on that side, assuming you have dry erase markers with you. I'm an office supply nerd and have a billion on hand at all times. And yes, I did try that feature first. There was a little bit of a color smear (barely noticeable), but it does actually erase with even a kleenex. The colored side can be written on with whatever, of course. It will be permanent. You can try writing on it with the dry erase markers, but it pulls the color off wherever the ink was, so it can't ever be fully erased. It's kind of a neat look, though, if you wanted your writing (or doodles) to be in white on top of color. What? I warned you that I was going to actually PLAY with them before I started using them for work ...These do, actually, stick to almost whatever you put it on. I stuck mine to a picture frame, a poster, the wall, the fridge, the TV, even my hand. It's held on by static cling, so your options are pretty much endless. I do find that they stick better if you peel them off the pad and IMMEDIATELY stick them to whatever you want them stuck on. If you set them down on something else while you write another one, it seems to weaken it a little. Not much, though. As a writer, I've already started scheming their use as a visual storyboard. These don't have to be pulled off to move them, either. You can simply slide them around without removing them from the surface. And they look a lot cleaner than Post-Its, since they cling all the way around. Post-Its, of course, only stick on the top where the adhesive is. I'm not sure of the cling time, but I've had a few of them stuck to various surfaces throughout my house for more than 6 hours now. They're not even peeling off at the corners yet.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
