Versatile topping
I normally make grated daikon when making tempura sauce, topping for fish, steaks and burgers with Japanese flavors. But this is a great alternative and very handy. Great on all protein as topping. When steak sauces or other heavy sauces are too filling, this sauce is very light and fresh tasting. Wors will for for shabu shabu beef, pork, and fish slices.

Taste like I remember
My husband and I met in Japan. He showed me this sauce and put it on steak. I was never a huge fan of steak until that night. This sauce makes the steak taste so fresh and delicious. Always after eating steak, I always felt sluggish and heavy. This sauce really refreshes you and makes the meal satisfying. 100% would buy again.

I used this to boost the flavor of some fried rice! I had bought the fried rice from my favorite Chinese restaurant. But, the food often depends on which cook is working or what mood they're in. This sauce fixes almost any of their dishes. Absolutely YUM!!! or umami...I hope Amazon gets this back in stock!
