Bestar Universel 108W Queen Murphy Bed with Two Storage Units (107“) in White

Instructions suck it’s basically pictures only.Seems sturdy …I put everything together in 3 days using my available time (mom of a 1 1/2 year old toddler and 3 month old baby)Probably could have been assembled in one full day.You do need help with some sections having to hold and lift together.I just put it together and took a nap on it once.It seems sturdy so far.I’m happy with it.I thought I had an issue so I called the manufacturer and emailed them and they responded to both my call and email, so great customer service.(I didn’t have an issue my son misplaced the hardware)Update:So far still good. Still holding up no issues. Slept on it more than 10times. I’m cautious with opening and closing because the door is so heavy but besides that no issues.

Badly made, very disappointed.

Heavy and definitely need two strong ppl to bring upstairs with moving straps!.. each box is about 200+ lbs. It is easy to assemble, like ikea furniture with better directions. The only thing I’d say criticism wise is that the material board does feel like ikea. Easily damaged, easily stained. Mine came with few imperfections that are noticeable (to me) that are annoying but not really worth the hassle of a return. But still a-bit sad for the price.

It takes a lot of time and effort to even get this out of the box. Once you do, there is no turning back. There are clearly scuffed panels out of the box. On top of it, there was missing hardware. The instructions are a joke. It’s too big to be able to place to the side while awaiting replacement hardware. If you have kids it’s a hazard. I inquired about concerns before buying this a month ago and still haven’t received a response.Update. I received replacement parts roughly 2 weeks after getting told they would arrive in 3 days. They only sent exact parts and wouldn’t send a new kit. The problem with that is the images and description of the parts is horrible.After all of that I was still missing screws that prevented me from building it. I had to go to the store to buy additional screws that should have been included. I also discovered two panels damaged when I separated the panels. I finally got to a point where I could put the main pieces together and discovered…… you guessed it. More screws missing. I spent roughly $40 extra for screws. After everything was pretty much done I discovered one of the screws for the bar that holds the bed in place had been cross threaded and it was impossible to free from it.Reason for upgrading my review from 1 to 3 stars:They are very responsive and send replacement parts as needed. They don’t come as fast as I’d like but they come. The customer service has been great after the first issue. The bed looks good too. It’s still absolutely absurd I had to buy my own parts. It was that or have a large portion of my house out of commission for weeks.

Written instructions would've helped. Didn't think it was going to be as sturdy as it is. Unfortunately the hardware that affixed the bookcases to the bed aren't long enough. Need to get screws at least 1/4 inch longer. Careful not to chip the boards. Otherwise great bang for buck.

For an expensive pile of fake wood this actually came together pretty nice. There are 3 or 4 variables which need to be considered when assembling the front facade so the corners are perfect. Sturdy to wall, looks good and is practical. I wish it had lights and a way to fill in the bug gap behind your pillow when open but no big deal.
