Very pleased with this product.

I like that I can stick it to the door of my overhead microwave and that it turns itself off after about 10 seconds. I have another 2 part meat thermometer that consists of a probe and a separate meter that I can take with me to monitor my cooking as I multitask, and this instant read thermometer is within a degree of that one, so I am confident that it is accurate. The one thing I would charge is to put a stronger magnet on the back. It often bounces off the microwave when I open and close the door.

I had high hopes for this thermometer. No such luck. Just finished my DIY lavendar body lotion and tried to adjust the operational temperature range three times from C -to F- and it never worked. I learned a lesson do a test run before starting your recipe. The only thing that worked was the auto-off feature. Save your money, do research, and buy something else.

I use this thermometer for making 1-hr. cheese. Works great! Love the magnet and ability of the digital part to tilt.

I like that it is a multi-purpose thermometer. It is definitely cheaply made though
