I have used this item only 4 times since I purchased it. i tried to use it today and the hairs around my mouth, which are slight, needed to be plucked out with tweezers. i am so disappointed with this product I have removed the battery every time after I used it and cleaned the head, very gently with the brush provided. Just useless
